ultrasound or wait?

according to the due date caculator im 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant. But I'm getting negative pregnancy tests. Can an ultrasound even tell if your 4 weeks? just wanna make sure I have everything like prenatal and eating right and etc. thanks all:)

At 4 weeks it's still just a sack and doesn't transition
Into a baby until around 6 weeks. During my last pregnancy I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days and they dated me based on that but made me come back the following week for another to see if the heartbeat was there.

An ultrasound won't show baby at 4 weeks your HCG hormones have to be in the 5000 range which is around 5-6 weeks but a blood test can confirm it.
