Bleeding in uterus

Went for a scan today and the baby is measuring at 6wk 6 days and the heartbeat was 157 which was good too. But she also found bleeding in my uterus and said this can be a bad sign. Have to go back in a wk to check up on it. Anyone else had that and it's turned out Ok? Trying not to worry but it's hard not to...
