Lower abdominal pain like sharp pain and spotting. Idk what to do any ideas?

I had sharp pain the entire time I was pregnant, starting at 2 weeks (b4 I knew) n I finally miscarried at nearly 3 months. .. the pain can b normal but only an ultrasound can tell if everything is all right. ..I spent mothers day in the hospital because of it. ..make sure you're not dehydrated because that can cause intense discomfort. If u are get hydrated to see if that helps. If not I would go to the ER beca7se it could b a tubal r other malfunction. .. everything could be fine do don't stress (easier said than done I know) but that only makes things w9rse in all cases. I don't think you have sharp pain with pregnancy it's more of a crampy tight feeling and you feel like something is pulling and stretching. No sharp pains at least for me. I have never heard of it either. Call your doctor!
