Has anyone ever sneezed and vomited/pooed as a result of the sneeze?

I moved away from home about 2 months ago, and I'm trying to learn how to take care of myself. I'm not sure if this happened because I've recently started to eat less and exercise more, or if it happened because I'm sick. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I consult a doctor? Please help.

I've tinkled in my pants before and I have "let a few rip" when I have sneezed but never threw up or popped my pants.... That literally must suck especially in public! :(

If you had a stomach virus when this happened, I'd say that's probably the explanation.
