I have no idea what this is...if it's acne or what but it doesn't seem like any white head I've had in the past.

To me it almost looks like a spider bite? Maybe put some tooth paste on it for a bit and see if that helps (the paste helps dry it out)

What ever this is take a Cotton boll and dipp it in to peroxide. Apply on that spot 3times a day to get rid off it.

If you are sensitive to acidic food this can happen. I'm
Allergic to tomatoes and this happens to my skin on my my sensitive hair follicle areas. Cut out acidic foods (tomatoes, citrus, night shades - which is a group of foods with high alkalinity ) and see the reaction. Slowly add back in and document any reaction. I can't have night shades and acidic foods. My skin cleared up and I'm I'm feeling lighter and cleaner.
