Heart rate too high?

Question

Went in for an US at 6weeks. The embryo measured small but the heart rate was 132 bpm. Every chart I checked has A normal heartbeat at max of 120 bpm. Is it weird that mine was so high?

If the person doing the scan wasn't worried, I would try not to worry about it. Mines heart rate was 182 at 8w5d and I was worried that was too fast, but the nurse told me that it was fine (and it was probably because my baby was awake and wiggling their little arms around lol). So if they didn't worry about it, I would try not to stress. Good luck and congrats!

At 8 weeks 4 days we had a heart beat of 173 and I'm now 15 weeks pregnant. I don't think that's to high at all and in good range! ?

That sounds very normal. Remember heart rates change at different times of the day anyway. Your dr would  have said if it's a problem. Congrats!

I'm not sure that it's too high. Did the person doing the scan say anything?

At 7w3d, the heart rate for our baby was 124 and then at 12w3d, the heart rate was 154. The person doing our 12w scan said the heart rate of a baby inutero is always higher than a born baby / adult and the heart rate doesn't start to slow down until closer to birth. I'm sure it's okay, but for piece of mind a call or visit to your dr might be helpful xx

That's a totally normal heart rate. My daughter's was usually around 175-180 and that's normal too. No worries
