TTC but not sure if it worked. Do you think I could be pregnant?

My mother said she never had morning sickness with any of her pregnancies and I haven't had any either. However, I have had sore boobs, hot flushes, heightened sense of smell and some other signs that say I am pregnant. We started trying on 10/16/2014 and I have taken two tests and gotten a negative result both times. Even when I muscle test it says I am pregnant. I never had any implantation bleeding though, like I keep reading about. Do you think that could mean I'm pregnant?
