A guy whom spoils you and talks you all day via text and phone flinches and fights back wen you touch his phone what do you think about that ?

Sounds like he's hiding something.  A man should have nothing to hide if he's is truly in a committed relationship.  I would find this extremely suspicious

Mine doesn't care at all! Though I've never had the inclination to snoop. Except one time he left it at the house when he went to work and I snooped and found out what my engagement ring looked like... But that's what I was looking for anyway :)

Mine really doesn't care at all. I always use his phone and he doesn't think twice about letting me. If he's nervous about you touching his phone, something might be up. Just talk to him about it, maybe there's a reasonable explanation.
