Others with a bfp w/ 1 Fallopian tube?

Any other ladies out there with one Fallopian tube get a bfp? I had an hsg last week that revealed I've got one clear tube. I'm still hopeful that we'll get our bfp but it's been 6 months of really trying and I need some positive stories sent my way :)
