Are there any remedies or tips? I can do to help speed up my hair growth?

Coconut oil! Put a decent amount in your hair evenly and let it sit overnight once a week or so, then shampoo and condition like normal the next day. Makes your hair crazy soft and healthier and stronger, which in turn makes it grow.

Ugh nothing works for me. Prenatals don't work. Biotin doesn't work. My hair grows maaayyybeeee 4 inches a year. :(
