Dose it relieve pain to have sex while on your period?

I find that not only does it lessen my craps it does also shorten the length of my period.. honestly though the best part is that everything is a tad more sensitive down south and I find the actual act of having sex quite enjoyable! Both him and I thought it might be messy making it less enjoyable when we first started dating but I honestly believe that it's the love for each other that even got us to the point of trying it and even more so that we both enjoyed it. Now I also wanna say that it definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea. We only do it on the lighter days of my period to avoid looking like we came odf the set of a horor film, but I wouldn't ever rag (no lun intended lol) for doing it on a heavier day. Just remember, to each their own!

I think it depends on the person. I have friends that say they like having sex during their periods and that it can help. Me personally I don't like to. I feel gross and plus it's painful for me. I have bad cramps for the majority of my period. If your partner is up for it, y'all should try to see if it makes a difference.

I honestly feel too icky during my period most of the time to even think about having sex, but ORGASMS from any type of stimulation have always worked for me for cramping.  Your uterus relaxes after an orgasm.  I just use a vibrator to masturbate during that time of the month.
