What a bad time to get a cold!!!

Just found out I was 4 weeks prego on halloween!!! We are super excited of course, however I have an awful cold and can't take anything for it!! I've been doing regular tylenol, vicks vapor rub and cough drops... any other sugestions?

Don't take ANY pills while pregnant in your first trimester? Just stay in bed, drink tea and rest!

My dr told me I could take robitussin too or Tylenol cold (which I'm taking now...) I hope you feel better soon!

Benadryl is class B and it's an anticholinergic so it will 'dry you up'. I took it to sleep last week because peanut expected me to pull 5 twelve hour shifts with bad bad allergies and on 3 hours of sleep each day.

What a bad time to get a cold!!!
