Is this a positive OPK?!

I have NEVER had a positive opk. I think this might be one, but I'm not sure. CD19, cycles usually 26-35 days. I have pcos, so my cycles are inconsistent. On metformin for 3 weeks with low amylose diet for 2 weeks and 3 weeks dairy free. Thanks!
