Poo after sex. Does anyone else struggle?

After I have sex with my boyfriend I always struggle to have the first poo after. Sorry tmi but I thought I'd ask. Do people get the problem after being in certain positions, eg doggy? I'm talking normal sex. Not anal. Please comment below too :)
