Tummy tingles, sore nipples, feeling sick. 3DPO is it possible??

Hi there! I'm 3 DPO! Feeling sick all day, don't even want to think of food! Been having these tummy tingles/pin prick feelings. Nipples are sore and very sensitive (standing up all day). Is it possible it's a early pregancy symptom even though I'm 3DPO? 
I have never had children before.
