Stress effect ovulation?

So I've been taking ovulation tests and the last 5 days have been the faintest of faint lines and glow says today is my most fertile day ? yesterday I had the creamy CM which is supposed to be "almost fertile" I'm freaking out I won't ovulate ? can stress effect ovulation like it effects AF?

Stress can affect ovulation yes, I have been suffering with stress and that's why I'm trying to calm down to conceive! GL xx

Be clam my glow said the same and two days later I did a Ovulation test and it came out positive. I even do two a day, one in the morning and one around 6 or 7

Ok I took the test on the left at 730 this morning and the one to the right at 730 tonight.. What the heck? I haven't had a line as dark as this morning the whole time and then tonight it went back to being faint again.. What could cause that? All I can think of is that it wasn't my morning  urine.. Idk... Ugh!
