About a month and a half ago I started having some discomfort "down there". It turned into a constant need to pee and feeling like I had to keep going even when no more came out, which led to some pain. There was even some discoloration on my pee. I did a lot of research and these were all signs of a low grade UTI. I used heating pads and took lots of vitamin C and drank lots of water and slowly started feeling better, but some symptoms persisted. Last few days later I developed a yeast infection. I had a bad reaction while treating that, but it DID clear up after a few days, and along with it cleared up all UTI signs. No UTI signs have appeared since then. Is that possible? For a UTI to clear up on its own like that?
