Sharp twinges

Lucy • 3yrs married. One child from past relationship, 10 yrs after my first we are in our 5th month TTC. Wish us luck!
I am experiencing some twinges in my left and right side of my lower abdomen. I am close to my fertile days, but dont know what these twinges are. Is it dangerous or harmful to TTC? Help!
