Late period negative hpt

My period is 3 days late and I keep getting negative tests. Did any of you ladies receive a positive pregnancy test late? I feel like I am pregnant just Dont want to keep testing so much everyday.

I've read that some ladies don't get a positive until 5-10 weeks.
