Spotting 16 weeks... is this normal?

So I just used the restroom and when I wiped there was a tiny amount of pink blood. I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and I have not had any sort of bleeding so far. I'm a little concerned. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks everyone for the advice! I went in today and had an ultrasound and everything looks good! :)

Thia happened to me and it was nothing but everyone is different. 
Count baby movements and all of that, did you are worried, you can call your dr or head to the ER
