Had my copper coil removed !! How soon after did people fall ???

How soon after people had the copper coil removed did they concive ??

I know wished I had it removed sooner know all I have read is that it's taken a while and I'm so inpatient :(

I had Mirena for 3 years. I got pregnant as soon as I had sex which was about 2 or 3 months afterwards(hubby was deployed)
