Trying to loose this weight. Help :-)
Hello I'm a 23 year old woman who is 5"10 and weighing in at 270. I have lost 20lbs since April but now I'm stuck. need to loose this weight. I have PCOS and type 2 diabetes (happened due to my PCOS). I want to loose 70lbs. I'm very muscular and tall so 200lbs for me is ideal
I need help with controlling junk food and carb cravins the most. I do eat healthy for the most part bowever I need help with a substitute for this late night and in between meal cravings. I eat a lot of lean meats and veggies however I also have a large carb intake. What are some good substitutes for carbs. Like are their other healthier options for things such as bread and pastas?
