Pregnancy Dream & Sonogram Dream

I had a dream last night that I was pregnant then went to the doctor in my dream & got the sonogram done. I remember I was so excited top tell my MIL & 4 year old daughter! What do you guys think? Did you have pregnancy dreams then later find out you were pregnant?
