Lately around the 45th-ish day of my cycle I have a light spotty action going on. Then 2 weeks later I get hit like a ton of bricks with a heavier flow and more menstrual symptoms: all over body ache, chills, cramps, digestive issues, etc. same thing is happening this time around except now it's 2 weeks later and I started spotting, then dh and I bd'ed and I'm bleeding bright red all over the place.
