In August my right ovary was removed due to a mass. First cycle after was normal. In September and most of October my boyfriend and I were not sexually active. We've been together once since, this thing tells me I should have ended my cycle on the 24. Nothing happened, and my body hasn't been showing any signs that it's going to. This soon after a partial oophorectomy....is it possible to get pregnant? I've had multiple people tell me yes, others say no. I'm a little beside myself. Help?
