16 weeks pregnant! Shortness of breath!!! Is this normal? What should i do??

I started having shortness of breath just after 15 weeks pregnant... And sometimes i find myself gasping for air!?  Did anybody else have this or has this!? I am scared... Is this normal? What should i do!?

Definately drink more water I had that and my doc said dehydration was a big problem.

Sometimes I get winded from talking too much!!!!

My dr says yes I'm 18 weeks and it gets hard to breath so I know what your talking bout but as long as when you lay down your ok it's fine as my dr told me

Don't worry this is normal. As your bump grows and your organs push up it puts pressure on your lungs. I get it when doing the stairs and walking and talking at the same time

Yes. Its very normal as extra blood is produced and your body including ur lungs works harder to pump it round your body. Even my stairs at home made me feel breathless and still do. I just take a minute and am ok. Obv if u are really struggaling to breath ring up dr, but otherwise totally normal

I was trying to sing at church and couldn't would need to catch my breath and I had water because I drink water all day carry it everywhere  I go ..

I get winded just trying to cook dinner :) on my app it says shortness of breath is a normal 2nd trimester symptom!!

Super normal! Happens all the time. Just drink more water. That always helps me
