When should you tell ur employer that you are pregnant??

My work sometimes involves heavy lifting

Sooner the better or after the 3mth??

I told my work pretty much as soon as I knew the pregnancy was going ok. Check your handbook. Mine says I have to notify them within x ammount of days of pregnancy confirmation

It depends on the job and the policy. I'm a police officer so I tell them right away because of the  job duties

Thanks for the advise. Will mostly likely tell them after I tell my family first.. Family member works wit me and it will go around before I get the chance to tell ppl myself..
