Pregnant or what ?

So me & my boyfriend always use condoms plus pull out. We are grown live in our own house but last month probably about the 3rd or soo we got a little wild no condom in the shower & here lately I've been waking up sick throwing up & fever the past few days. I'm always want foods that I don't even like I've been crying like a baby over the smallest things so I bought two test one showed nothing wouldn't even say not pregnant & the other did say not pregnant so I'm worried is it to early to know ? What should I do ?
