Feeling weak.. Is normal??

Hello!! I'm 9 weeks and I'm felling so weak... I have no energi.. I don't  want to do nothing... Is that normal??

Make sure you are eating enough and more carbs. I'm normally concious of my calories, you will find even though you need a normal intake in first Tri if you were eating a little less or losing weight before that you need to increase your intake.

The baby at this stage is taking all your energy and resources that are in your body for emergency , just keep ur fluids up and have regular snacks .

It is normal. The baby is forming then your body's energy is all on your baby  development. Eat well and drink lots of water?

I feel weak too. 'Cept I'm only 4 weeks and it's like my body sometimes goes numb. Then I get a headache and nausea.
