How many of you had endo and/or pcos

Chelsey
Ok so I have been diagnosis with both ends and pcos since I was 15. In these last 5 years I've had two surgeries, put threw menopause (threw the depo shot not the one used for birth control) and tried several other things to help with my periods. The doctors have told me it will be very hard to get pregnant if at all. I'm not looking to start a family right now but accidents have happened. At this point I feel like I may not ever be able to have kids. Which worries me. I would just like to hear if anyone has had this struggle and how was the out come. Thank you.

I was diagnosed with pcos almost 2 years ago. I have been worrying myself sick about if I will be able to have a baby or not. But I have decided I will do everything I can to help my body create and carry my miracle and leave the rest up to God. I am currently working on losing weight and taking prenatal viramins.

I was told at 14 that I had endo. I was put on depo until I was 18. Miscarried at 19. 15weeks pregnant at 21. All I have been warned about since miscarrying is they do not see me being able to bare children in my late 20s or later.

I have both and also knew and worried since a teenager. I'm 30 now and although I've been ttc for 7 years with no luck I'm actually more confident and hopeful now more than ever. After tons of procedures, surgeries, tests and drugs I decided to go all natural. I changed my diet, exercise, get acupuncture, take herbs and lots of vitamins. I've never felt healthier, been more balanced or felt more relaxed. I'm sure you don't want to hear the cliche comments everyone says like "it will be if it's meant to be". Sure, that could be true - but I suggest you live your life, use protection, have fun, and when the time is right then get creative. Don't just listen to your doctor - get second opinions, see a naturopath, read books and take care of your body. The power of positive thought is a mystery but I believe that works too :)
