How do you stay awake?

At 5w6d and nausea and fatigue are here! How do you all stay awake at a desk job?? Just the thought of coffee (which I love, sob) makes me ill and I'm trying to stay away from black tea because I need all the iron I can get. Just sitting here daydreaming about getting in a pile with my cats and passing out...

Go for a quick walk around, even in the office. Get lots of sleep at night and snack every couple hours. My fatigue was killer and hit like a ton of bricks at 12:30 every day. I'm 11+2 and it's loads better :)

Rotfl. I'm not very stricken with fatigue. Granted I have it, but I'm not falling asleep because I typically fall asleep around 8 so I get my 8 hours
