I don't see anything but I think you're way to early. You probably are just now ovulating or ovulated 2-3 days ago.

First it's way too early. And blue dyes are HORRIBLE. Get a pink dye. But as a few mentioned you probably are just ovulating or just did ovulate so implantation couldn't have happened yet.
