Should I test?

So I'm sure this is a stupid question but I would just like to know opinions. I haven't had a child in 6 years and I'm a little rusty at this. I was suppost to start my period today and there is no sign of it. I've been emotional and been peeing every half hour for the last couple of days. My cervix has also been low for about 3 days now and it usually is low the day I start my period. I try to stay in tune with my body. So when should I test?
