Stupid sex...

I was supposed to get my period today, but didn't. My boyfriend and I had sex a few times, he used the withdrawal method. I'm not on any birth control or anything. Yeah I know not so smart. Now I don't know what to do. I've been felt like I'm going to throw up and my stomach has been hurting, the past 5 days. What should I do? Please help me!
