Ttc 10 mos now

Has anyone else been trying this long? I am 28 yrs old and my husband is 25. I have two kids from a previous marriage and he has one from a previous marriage. We have wanted a baby together for a long time but I am sad to say 10 months later we have had no such luck. I thought it would happen pretty quick since we are still young and both of us have had children? Any thoughts or answers would be great. Thanks.
