Was there something wrong?

Last february i was spose to go in for my routine shot but never showed up, so i got my gift and things were fine, me and my fiance had unprotected sex alot but he pulled out every time. In august i got my periode on the 7th and lasted 4-5 days. Then i didnt get it until october?! I was 60 days late! I took multiple urine and blood tests, all Negative! What was wrong with me? Any ideas?
