Im currently cycle day 32. 21 dpo. No sign if AF and all bfn tests. Do u think its possible I'm going to skip my period all together? Do u think I should just start using opks daily even tho I didn't get af yet?

It took 3 months for my cycle to regulate after I came of BC!

I got off mine the end of July and my cycles are still trying to go back to normal.

Everyone is different so I can't give you a definite amount of time, but I was on seasonique(only get your period a couple times a year) and it took like 2-3 months to be back & it definitely shortened the amount of days, now I'm irregular for some reason so I gotta get that checked out I don't think it's from the bc though
