Caffeine withdrawal headaches
I just found out yesterday morning I am pregnant. I have cut out coffee and basically all sources of caffeine. I used to drink a cup a day and I can already feel the withdrawal headache. Any remedies? (Besides drinking caffeine obviously) it's killing me!
