Is there any natural way to get rid of yeast infection?

I have my first infection since being pregnant. Is there a proven safe and effective way to get rid of it naturally?

Take a latex or vinyl glove and put plain yogurt with live cultures in the fingertips. Then freeze it. It makes suppositories and the cold helps with burning and itchiness. Make sure you wear a panty liner or pad

This is super weird, but make a garlic tampon by threading a needle through a clove of peeled garlic. Insrt it into your vagina ( with the string attached of course!) leave it in there for a while. Weird right? But supposed to work. Also, eating raw garlic is good as well if the first option grosses you out! Good luck yeast infections are yucky. ?

A baking soda bath makes a huge difference. Begin filing your bathtub with warm water (not super hot, but pretty warm) and while the water is running add at least 1-1.5 cups of baking soda. Keep the water moving around, so it dissolves. When there is enough water to cover to your hips (which is not every deep), get in and sit up in the water. Baking soda is a natural anti-fungal and sitting in the warm baking soda water will relieve current symptoms and if you do it weekly when the infection is cleared up, it can prevent future infections.

​However, this doesn't cure a current infection. You'll still need an over-the-counter medicine like monastat. My midwife explained that it's best to use those because it's best to get rid of the infection completely and to be sure it's fully cured as there are serious repercussions if it goes on too long.

I have one now to my midwife says that the best thing to do is just get the 7 day not the 3day monastat how ever you spell it that in pregnancy you will produce a lot more yeast and they are very hard to get rid of
