This is weird. I've been with my husband for almost 10 years. Married 6. I go pretty much the whole day without talking to him - unless there's a reason I need to. Just because technology is available doesn't mean you have to be in touch with someone 24/7.

Technically it is my husband but we text all day everyday even if it is just to say we love each other, miss each other, or seeing how our day is going. Been that way since we first started talking and wouldn't change it for the world ????

We live together so we only don't see each other when we're working, or are out with friends or something. I tell him not to text me when he's at dinner with friends or something lol. Other than that we will send a few texts throughout the day.
