I want to try and conceive but I don't know when I'm ovulating I've been trying for over a year and still no results so how can I tell when I'm ovulating? Comment

Track your body temp and cervical discharge. Your temp gets lower (high temps kill sperm) when you ovulate. Take while in bed before you get out, and keep a journal. You ovulate for 24 hours, so the sperm will need to fertilize the egg before attachment. Also, your discharge will need to be clear and watery. The thicker and darker it gets, sperm will not be able to travel through cervical lining.
