What does the current status mean?

So, on my current status profile I have checked off "trying to conceive " but when I update my profile and look over my current status it says "I'm pregnant". But when I check it out... It still says I'm "trying to convince ". So does Glow know something I don't know?  Why would it say I'm pregnant and I never checked it off????

Same Thing Kept Happening To Me.! It Kept Saying "Congrats On Your Pregnancy, Go Download Our Glow Nurture App" And I Didn't Change It.! Well Long Story Short I Got A Positive HPT.! Maybe It's A Sign.!

Same thing happened. I just using this app about 1 month. I just it off and it fine now.

I think it is just there that when you do get pregnant you can click it. I tried just to see what it would do and it said congrats!!
