Bleeding and just had period

I just finished my period on the 29th, I had sex on the 1st and now I am bleeding. It's brownish w/ what looks like coffee grounds then some bright red. I am on the pill but after I finished my pack I didn't start my new one right away as my period was a little late (my dr said it was because my body was getting used to being back on BC). I also went to the dr today and she had said I might be getting my period again because of the BC. Since I haven't been on it again. 

I googled (bad idea) and it said brown coffee ground could be pregnancy or miscarriage?

Any advice!?
