Rant rant rant!!

Ok im sorry I got to get this off my chest and since everytime I bring it up ro SO we argue over it. I feel he puts his job above me at all times ok I get it he loves his job and what he does but come on now to ignore me completely all day until you decide you want to talk is ridiculous. I told him one day and he was like aint that what your supposed to do to get where you wanna be in a company I said no id they cant see it already for all the hard work you put it then why kiss ass. He always has his phone on him no matter what bc the work he does he has to work off of it sometimes. It even bothers me that I will call him and he wont answer then he will call back and be like oh I was talking to such and such, but as im on the phone with him he will get another phone call and be like baby let me call you back so and so is calling. Am I in the wrong foe felling like I am being put on the back burner. Oh yeah also when I bring it up he is like F* it I will just leave my job to make you happy. We have been together for almsost 5 years now. Sorry rant is over.
