Well AF was on time ?

Question

Trying for 5 month and AF showed up on time I don't know what else to do we test and BD on time we take vitamins and nothing seems to help I'm trying again for 1 more month and if this don't help I'm giving up on BABY making for a while so wish me luck for this month ??

i'm 33, and my docotr told me that, for my age, the average time it takes to conceive is 6-8 mos. i've had my levels checked(they were fine), and, if i'm not pregnant this month, we'll move on to HSG test and semen analysis. i was kind of where you were & i just made an appt with my doctor to talk it out. we came up with the plan for checking levels and such, and it really helped!! we women like plans! :)i was also doing opk and spit tests & googling like crazy, and i realized that was making it worse. so, now i just track based onthe calendar. it has helped!! good luck!

Taking a break sounds like a good idea. Seriously just have sex, don't worry about when or how, you might get lucky because sometimes when you really relax it happens.
