was supposed to start my period a week ago almost and I have had unprotected sex but it hasn't been 2 weeks since the last time we have

me and my boyfriend haven't been using a condom well because we always say "no not tonight" then end up doing it anyways. I'm really worried and kinda freaking out. any advice. I'm trying to stay calm.
