Starting Soy ISO next cycle
We have been TTC for 11 mths, I have a drs appt this month. I have not O'd in the last 3-4 months (based on opks and bbt). I heard it takes about 3 months to get into your system and start working. When did you usually start seeing results from taking the soy isoflavons?
