Endocrinologist Referral
Hi All,
My Husband and I have been TTC for 3 years.
He had taken Anabolic Steroids extensively and we were aware that this may have had a lasting effect on his fertility.
He has had blood tests which show normal Testosterone, but very low LH and FSH levels.
Additionally, he's had two Semen Analyses; 1st, No Sperm Seen. 2nd, Occasional Motile Sperm.
We met with our GP today who agrees that the Steroid abuse has thrown his hormones completely out of whack.
He has requested repeat Blood Tests and a referral to an Endocrinologist.
He has said there is a possibility of a Pituitary Tumour and/or an issue with the Adrenal Glands.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Any of it?
