I have pcos so I haven't had a period for a long time, so when I am coming on my period I definitely know with extra painful cramps etc. .. But today I went toilet only to wipe and notice a really dark brown colour on the tissue with very little on it, In shock I wiped again and then there was not enough to come on the paper, could this be implantation bleeding?
