period late SO in prison

Ok so I usually start in the first week of the month and I have already had to reset this log thing 4 times I am not showing any signs of starting anytime soon and here is the kicker my SO is in prison and has been for 4 months. So a month and a half ago I got raped by a guy I thought was my friend I have known him for 2 years and I never told my SO cause I don't want him to worry but period is late and idk what to do
